We are not separate from your team, more akin to a third eye that observes projects and problems from a different perspective, bringing systems thinking and integrated solutions to bear in addition to all the valuable assets and expertise you already have in your firm. Our Leadership
Ellie Moradinezhad, B.Eng, MBA, PMP
President and Founder
Ellie Moradinezhad is a senior project advisor with over 24 years of local and international experience in infrastructure, energy, and industrial sectors. She founded tactHive Consulting to help project-driven organizations improve delivery performance through smarter systems, scalable governance, and integrated risk and change strategies.
Prior to tactHive, Ellie held senior roles at Hatch, GHD, IBI Group, and StatoilHydro, where she led multidisciplinary teams and supported major programs such as Ontario’s Regional Express Rail, Eglinton Crosstown LRT, and large-scale oil and gas developments. Her background spans PMO strategy, capital program setup, contract and delivery model alignment, and stakeholder integration across complex environments.
With deep technical, commercial, and advisory expertise, Ellie brings a practical, systems-thinking approach to clients navigating growth, transformation, or delivery challenges.
